I bought a Puch bike when i was in the navy. It was originally bought by another navy man in italy around 1990. he brought it back to the states and it sat in his garage. it has not been ridden for almost 20 years now. it has been hanging in my garage for about 10 years. handlebars need to be retaped and of course it would need new tires. what i really want to know is should i fix this bike up or not. the frame and wheels seem perfect. is there any real resale value?
