anyone discuss it? I went to a seminar the other day and the speaker spoke briefly about "psychic dependence" but he did not elaborate. Would someone please discuss "psychic dependence" and the "reinforcing action of drugs"?

Just a brief discussion (a couple paragraphs would do) to catch me up on this topic. I found a lot of stuff on the web, but nothing that would summarise it in a "nutshell".
