psychiatric evaluation,my doctor want one on me but i have to go to jail next week?

laywer told me all he needs is leetr what i am doing ,doctor is ordering an evaluation and i also am in bad health from smoking might have cancer so i am getting a bunch of test done ,but i have my jail sentanceing hearing next week im looking at 1 year or longer what happens in my case,i need treament ,
