Here's my favorites
-Valkyrie Profile Lenneth (rpg) (really good)
-Final Fantasy Crisis Core (rpg) (really good story line)
-Monster Hunter Freedom 2 (rpg) (really fun if you got friends playing it with you)
-Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops (stealth-action) (cool story, but don't expect anybody to be online anymore)
-Patapon (rhythm and beat game) (fun)
-Metal Gear Acid 2 (people says its whack but its really fun)

depends on what you are into... i suggest you custom firmware your psp so you can download games for free and try them all out. only problem is games range from 100mbs to 1 or so gbs of memory in order to hold them an run off your psp. in the long run you can spend time and mab $40 downloading and to buy a big memory card to hold alot of games or buying each game for $10-$50 apiece that you might not even like.....gd luk
