Is there a way to play ISO or CSO files on a psp that DOES NOT have Custom Firmware?
If so, how?

If not, then how can I convert Official Firmware to Custom Firmware?
 
nope. u need to go to the "Dark Side" for it to work (what i mean by darkside is custom firmware. i say that in the sony playstation forums lol). search on youtube on how to downgrade a psp and u shuld be ready. but only do it if ur sure. if u use custom firmware. it will make ur psp warenty void
