PSP / PS3 / or a new Gaming PC? What should I get?

Here's the deal, If i chose a PSP, I can get it right now, but if i chose a PS3, im gonna have to wait till christmas since it's more expensive.. If I chose a new gaming PC, i can also get it next week..

The PSP is nice since it is portable, but some people say that the games for it aren't as good as the games in PS3.. XD

*The game im aiming for is NBA 2k10*
