We ll i tried downloading Sony's Media Go software on my computer but all it says when it tries installing is " Unable to write to the temp directory C:\Users\Marcos\Appdata\Local\Temp\. Check that you have write access to this directory" Well I do have access. I am the admin on my own computer and I can't open the program. I have gone to the file but doesn't work. Please help me get this installation process working.
