Ok, I'm a hardcore. Like imported saturn games, modded xboxes and killed playstation2s. I've owned and sold a gamecube.

But these new systems suck.

I mean they all have good ideas, but it all feels so wrong. I mean nintendo kinda gets it, but am I really going to be waving my hands all the time? I miiight buy a wii, but even at $250 it's a super expensive toy. with a 360, not only is the cost a real issue, but lets be honest - it's just slighty more "realistic" graphics, and I think thats a real issue. Games used be an escape from realist. Games like mario looked absolutly unreal. The same story could be the same from ps3, but maybe, just maybe sony will know something we don't that we'll really be willing to pay for.

You know why else *.* > new systems?

Our new systems should be two parts. A card reader and a pen drive. You carry your card like a wallet, you buy any games for any systems and a remote drive process and sends it over wifi or hifi or what you kids run today. The pen drive is one of these - http://www.millennia-3.com/virtualdevices/index2.htm.

We're halfway there with xbox, but just imagine not having to even run the system - the day that you just supply an internet connection.
