People just hate on things they dont have. PS3 aint bad. And i think the price is perfect.

PS3 has room for a price drop. Sony controls production of most components of the system. When full mass production takes place and blue laser diodes become available Sony can easily knock $100 off the price. Sony makes all components, MS relies on other companies which makes Sony set for the long run.

I think that's a tad bit optimistic considering they're already taking a $200+ hit on each console.

...and even if they do somehow manage to get the price down $100, you can guarantee it'll be met w/ an equal or better price drop from MS

I don't know....Nintendo is low enough now that they may be able to dodge the first price drop. But they probably will anyhow.

theyve always seemed to be able to one up everyone else either by a free bundled game or something gimicky or the zelda collectors disk for the wii would be awesome
