from what i read america is getting even less than japan add that to the fact that america has over double the population and it's easy to see that ps3s will be going for a shit-ton, possibly near the $3k level a few days after thanksgiving

Does anybody have a link to the PS3 resale rules for ebay? I looked all over the site but did not see anything about once you had it in hand.

They are going for $2500 to $4k now on ebay, assuming the high bidder is paying that...

from what i saw the rules applied to PRESALES - you had to have a pic of the receipt, over 50 feedback, 100% rating, no one day auctions...

i havent heard of regular sales getting regulated...why would they...you have the item in hand and should be able to sell like anything else....the pre-orders were tricky because this person was paying you and as we see now most arent even getting that system

got ya i was just wondering if you needed a copy of the receipt and if you could a one day auction. My husband is 2 hrs away getting one and he wanted me to post the auction as soon as he payed for it but i wouldnt have the receipt then so thats why i wanted to know. Thanks!
