ok 1st off, there only shipping what 500,000 units
2nd is there enough games to keep every one interested
3rd online game play may suck cause not maybe people have it. mainly Any of your friends! (if u have any to begin with)


The wii and x360 seem like better deals:

- wii.
cheap,
old school,
classic & new games,
and looks good.

- x360.
not so cheap,
well built games,
looks good, good functionality and user interface,
online play is good becouse theres lots of other people who have a x360.

i guess by survive i mean will it be in common use in a few years i dont know if sony could keep up this crap

altho i would be quiet happy to see them pull something like ohh btw we actualy made 1.5 million units and they are only $400 (they are $600+ around me)
 
At least in Paris we are patient enough to wait the next shipment. And actually I do understand people camping outside for 48hrs to make money... But I really don't understand why people spend 1000 dollars on a fucking Playstation
 
Well considering Sony is losing like 400 dollars on each PS3, it all depends on whether or not they can get 3rd party exclusive support. This is how they won the last war with 3rd party exclusives.
