hold down the power button until the light changes a different color than it normally does that will put it in discovery mode then scan for a headset and the password will probably be 0000 hope this helps add me brithater75
if that doesnt work if it is a madcatz one like mine there is a little button next to the volume hold that down till it is flashing red and blue then scan wit your ps3 code will be 0000
