PS3 Headset Connection?

Basically, my PS3 broke. I sent it off to Sony and got another one. Its been working fine since, no problems. However, my headset is not able to connect. Its a Gioteck headset for the PS3. If you've been into an English Game shop you'll know what it is. I think its paired with my previous PS3, because it acts like its connected. How do I disconnect, and then reconnect it to my new PS3?
 
Although I'm not super familiar with that headset. You need to make it go into Pairing mode usually a light will stay solid or flash rapidly then go to the ps3 and scan for the headset then pair it. If it has passkey put passkey in, then adjust the settings on the ps3 so that it uses that mic. IM me if you have any more questions or that doesn't work
