ps3 game problem M rated games?

now i know this sounds stupid but it pissed me off. i can whatch r rated movies and other crap like that but i cant get an M rated ps3 game. i have ran out of ways to try and convince them to get it for me and the only reason is the sex in some games and as u know not all game are like that, any suggestion to get them to agree?
 
What i do i tell my mom to look at the back or tell them whats in there like Drugs, nudity. Also what works with my mom i tell her its A GAME G.A.M.E Its fake nothing real she saw the back of gta4 when i got it she was like no way... I said its a game im not gonna take a gun and shoot people up in the middle of a city.

Also if u wanna go this far, ( you can look this up on good and get to a website) violent games help prevent real life crimes because the people that play them are happy they can do it in a game and not rob a bank in real life. You know what im saying?
