PS3 BlueTooth Problems... HELP!!!?

I wouldn't waste any more time with it, just bring it back to the store and exchange it for a new one. It should be no problem if you have the receipt and it doesn't work.
 
This is actually a common problem. Bluetooth headsets keep being returned...because they are defective. The best choice you have is to actually call Sony...especially if you've had it for less than a year..and get a brand new one..:)
 
I bought the official sony bluetooth headset for the PS3 today. I've fully charged it. When I plug in the usb provided with the headset, it will connect for 1-3 seconds and then disconnect. It registers the headset but then won't connect again after. I've tried the wireless method and it doesn't connect that way either.

I've searched the net for hours looking for answers and have found nothing. There are no other people asking about this problem. Does anyone have any ideas??
