PS3 bluetooth mic???

I hav a cell that has a headfone thingy to listen to music and to take calls cuz it has tht little microfone thing tht hangs on the wire. can i use this as a headset for my ps3 when i play cod6? i tried to connect it wit bluetooth but it din't work. it cant pick up my phones' signal. can the ps3 connect to cell phones?

It doesnt need to connect to your phone. The ps3 needs to connect to your headset. There should be a button somewhere on the headset that you can press that puts it into discovery mode so other things can see it, try that.
