ps3 bluetooth headset question?

You know how it says turn up volume or down for mic right?
i wondered if you put the mic volume high would people hear you clearly or i'll hear them clearly?
 
If you put your bluetooth headset on 'high' it's only going to sound high to them, putting it on level 3, is best. (Default)
Anyway, just make sure you don't have a real crappy headset or else you're going to experience HORRIBLE echoes through PSN.
