ps3 bluetooth headset i cant hear anything!?

ok so i set up my headset well its more like a ear piece and connected it i tested it its fine but when i entered the game i can't hear myself but other people can and i cant hear the game the game sound is only through the tv help!!

And what's the problem? People can hear you and sound comes from tv from game play???

that's how it's supposed to work . it's like a cell phone , you can't hear yourself when calling , just the person on the other end

Weird make sure its connected to the PS3, then again no one may be TALKING lol.....yea it dont work consistently all the time, but its mostly reliable
