Wow, FF12 textures looks MUCH better.

Not sure what the patch did, my TV showed the signal as 480p both before and after.

Yeah, I turned off the 'stretch' funtion of my tv amd it looks better. Still a little spoiled I guess having never played a PS2 game before other than Guitar Hero and GTA: LC. I can live with this though, as least my eyes don't hurt after 5 minutes of playing.

alright i applied the update. FF12 looks a lot better now. not perfect like playing on an original ps2 but "good enough"

This is what the update covers according to the PS site. Funny they don't mention the graphics fix. Guess they're sweeping it under the rug.
