PS1 and PS2 games work on my PS3

The games that I have seen mostly have problems with freezing when transitioning to the title screen to the demo, or other things like that.
 
That is a really bad fucking thing. Fuck you Sony for doing this. Most of the games I play on my PS2 are PS1 games so if I cannot play these games in PERFECT or BETTER quality, I will be damn pissed off.

PS2 offered improved gfx for PS1 games, now they are going backwards? Fuck Sony, I'm getting a Wii. At least Nintendo care about their customers.

Paying Nintendo's ridiculous amounts for old and busted games over emulation is stupid... and its WRONG!
 
As long as the emulation is perfect, I'm happy to pay a few bucks for old titles.

I'm no Nintendo fan boy, I've had all different consoles in my life and was really unimpressed with Nintendo when they released the Gamecube, seemed like the target audience is now for kids. I have the same sort of feelings about the Wii, it seems more like a childish console, but consoles like the Xbox360.. pretty much represent everything I hate about console gaming. Rehashed PC FPS games and overly complex/hard to use controls. I really hope the PS3 dosen't go the same direction, I loved the PS1 and PS2.
 
I've only tried playing socom 2 and 3 on my ps3 with no problems at all, kind of. I couldn't get my bluetooth headset to work with the game so I had to bring out the usb headset. Any body get their bluetooth headset to work with ps3 games?
