i just bought a new laptop and a new compatable bluetooth dongle
it downloaded the software (with disk supplied) it is showing the drivers are ok in device manager
and when i put the dongle into the USB port it is changing to the blue colour
but when i try to pair it with my phone nothing at all happens..
I have tried other phones that i know are ok and they still don't work
the dongle is compatible with windows 7
Any ideas?
