I realise that Lutheran and Anglican appendix them at the end, but why not give them the same importance as the other books?
Protestants, you exclude them completely, and I am curious as to why?
We have the same (very similar bar a few phrases different) New Testaments, and The Apostles and other writters of The NT quoted over 350 times from the OT, 300 of these quotes from the Septuagint version of The Bible (which contains the 7 books you exclude). St Paul, frequently used The book of Wisdom (which you exlude). And you also leave out 'parts' of Esther and Daniel.
I am not looking for abuse as I mean no disrespect, just genuine informative answers please, as I am genuinely curious as to why you accept the NT but not the books to which alot of the NT quotes and references refer to.
Thank you
