Pros and cons of using "question cards" as a form of questionnaire in hotel...

...rooms? (GCSE business question)? I have been given a case study in which a hotel business leave Question cards in the hotels rooms for feedback of the customers. I have to discuss whether or not it will provide enough information for the company to improve its performance and then advise the company whether or not it should continue.
Another question is "what is the difference between the objectives of a shareholder and those of the customer of the hotel business?"
Any idea's of how you would answer these, im kind of stuck.
