Pros and Cons of EnV3 [Verizon]?

My phone is messing up and I'm going to get a new one.
I want one with a keyboard.
I'm thinking the Cosmos [but it hasn't come in yet, so I'm getting one for a few weeks until it gets there]
The two the guy showed me were the EnV3 and the Samsung Intensity.
I'm leaning more towards the EnV3.
I read reviews on both of them and quite a few were bad.
So..if you have the EnV3...please tell me some pros and cons of it. Thanks [=
 
I have the EnV Touch which is the exact same but with a touch screen on the outside. I love it, its awesome..but some times when I text it seems to not keep up with my speed and lags behind a little bit, but thats the only bad thing so far
