T-mo customer service is the best. Bar none. I love their friendly helpful attitudes and their willingness to help out the customer in just about every way imaginable.
I wouldn't leave them for any other carrier.... especially since I am out of country and STILL SPEAKING TO FRIENDS IN THE USA FOR FREE USING UMA and my HOTSPOT ROUTER.
