Unfortunately my two week old blackberry curve has seen its last day in my pocket....the unit is no longer charging after, switching chargers, batteries and reinstalliung the OS. It is a dead duck....she was great while she lasted, guess i just got a factory defect. Good news is I was still within my TMO "buyers remorse" and they are sending me a brand new one that is arriving today. TMO was great and helped alot and didnt even flinch when they said they would send me a new phone. They sent the new phone express shipping and is paying for all shipping charges. I have to say that I am very impressed with TMO CS.

I would not hesitate to reccommend TMO to anyone based on their CS and even their data and voice service.

umm they have to do that atleast in california there is a 30day exchange/return policy on cell phones and of course they will pay for your express shipping any carrier would because the customer is inconvenienced

yah but they can still make it a miserable experience and make you jump through hoops, try this try that....it was just a good experience thats it...:-)

Yeah that's true they are really great in dealing with customers, I hope other companies are like that, I also had a bad track ball which they replaced with a brand new one.

i've loved T-mobile customer service and have stayed with them for 2 years after my contract expired. even bought an 8300 full price unlocked to stay with tmo. BUT..
yesterday i had the most god awful experience with a TMO csr rep ever. she was rude and totally not helpful. really got me in a foul mood. not really sure what to do either since TMO edge service the last few weeks out in nyc has been ridiculously bad.

tmo cs isnt that great . i dont even deal with the customer service reps anymore cuz most of them are unwilling to work with you . i usually go directly to the account specialists aka the cancellation department . lol .

Island, my wife had the exact same experience with her 8320. Like you, she had great support from TMO customer service but unfortunately, she is going to have to return the new Curve she received, as it is experiencing the SAME issue. I hope you have better luck with your new one. Regards, Cdub

I agree tmo's customer service is the best. I talked to some of the other ones.. It was like they were "forced" to do the job.. Like they were unpaid to do it or something.. ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~

I have been with TMO and predecessors for 7years - have always found them exemplary. Their CS is great, but always note the CS number which they always give first - if you get some bloody minded b---h you then can call in and get their fundament re-aligned. However bad they might occaisionally be they are rarely as bad as ATT!

I always see people ragging on AT&T but I have never had any trouble with them. I have had many over 8 curves returned and they still do not give me any trouble just had trouble with my old 8310 and they sent me a new one the next afternoon I had it in my hands.
