Hey all,
I live in Phila, Pa (West Germantown) Germantown and Washington Lane. Does anyone know about an article about West Germatown that was written, I think on 9/22/08 in the Philadelphia Weekly or any other local news paper. I was told that the article was about the historical aspect of West Germantown lane and that the property value was going to go up due to historical value of the neigborhood.
