Proper web page rendering WIFI phone?

I'm looking for a relatively slim phone with wifi that shows web pages as they were meant to be viewed. I'm open to any manufacturer. Any suggestions?

Doubt you will find one if you are that picky about it. Hand helds don't have the processor, memory or screen to really do a good job, especially if you are comparing it to a laptop or a desktop with a hi res monitor.

I'm not comparing it to a laptop, I just want to know which phones basically handle websites the best and render the pages pretty accurately, taking into consideration the limited memory, processor etc... For example the iPhone is one such phone that renders the web correctly. But there has to be other phones that do a great job with web pages as well.

all the nokia series 60 phones have really good web browsers. e61i is a nice thin smartphone with a big screen and wifi. HTCs are great but, imho, installing opera mobile gives a much better web experience than using IE. SE m600i and p1i are fairly thin and have good web browsers, as well. and then there's that Apple thingy ...

I would highly recommend the Tmobile Dash (HTC S620). It is GSM, runs WM6, has Wifi, nice slim profile with great QVGA screen. You can put both Opera Mobile and Opera Mini on it, with great results. Opera Mini beta 4 has a mode that allows it to render the *entire* webpage, much like the iPhone. Then you zoom in on whatever you want to see. Overall it is not quite as wonderful as the iPhone, but it is a *big* improvement over the native PIE. Opera Mobile is very good too, with a variable zooming option.

I bought my Dash slightly used for $220, unlocked. I think they go for as little as $180 on ebay now...

Anything Windows Mobile + Opera Mini would work well, or a Nokia S60 phone. THey're you're best options for mobile we browsing: Opera Mini & the Nokia browser are full HTML setups that show web sites just like on a desktop PC.

For the best experience, get a landscape screen, such as on a Blackjack, Dash, Moto Q, or E61i.
