Proper size bicycle - 5'11" with shorter legs?

Looking for a new road bike and I have a 30.5" inseam and longer torso/arms (73" wingspan). Can't decide between a 56cm frame which fits the legs better and 58 cm frame with the seat pretty low but a more extended down position. Thoughts? Thanks
 
You want a frame that matches your inseam. There are other things like stem length that will deal with your arm and torso length. You want a frame with 1 - 2 inch stand over clearance. The 56 and 58 cm frames may be too big. Have the local bike shop help you out.
