Proper bicycle tire inflation.?

Speaking hypothetically if your 700x23 road bike tire is at 0 psi. How many pump strokes would it take to get to 100 psi?
Lets say its a floor pump, joe blow sport.
 
At first I thought this was an algebra question. There is no correct answer to your question, if the pump was incredibly big and efficient = 1 stroke, if it's a small one with a leaks, 100's.
From memories from a long time ago 20 -30 ( based on a racing bike , added a bit more)
 
It depends on the displacement of the pump.

Sorry, I don't know the displacement of a Joe blow sport. You will have to deflate the tire and count how many stokes it takes.
