Promotion Orders to SSG?

I am an 11B20. I was on the by name list for SSG, SSG is on my ERB with a DOR of 20101201. i havent gotten my promotion order due to my promotion packet being lost in my old unit. I PCS'ed 5 months ago.

So my question is if its on my ERB can i wear it? If not/so where in the reg does it state that? also how can i get a copy of my orders without my promo packet?
