Hi
I am new to the site...
I am, at the moment, recovering from a prolapsed disc.
Upto yet, my recovery time is 6 weeks..
On the 6th week, i strated back to work on very light duties.
Over the last 2 days, I have experienced "twinges" nearby where the pain is from the injury.
I fell on my back that caused the disc problems.
The twinges, when they happen, are really painful. Usually when getting up after bending.
Am I expecting too much. Should i not be working til the pain has totally gone.
I still have slight pains in my leg as well as..
thanks
