Well what i mean by the tittle is lets per say you programmed a Sprint Phone for a customer they changed their phone nuraber now come back because their phone its not working, i usually never change SPC to zeroz, and well as yall already know different phone model different ways to get into the nam programming, for instance people call it "flash" when in reality you're just writing a PRL and manually inputtin the MDN n MIN so they're paying you to program the phone to work with that particular nuraber and in no way is your job to "teach" him how to programm the phone or provide them the "spc" . Would yall charge them again whatever X amount you charged them initially to program it again?? whats your take??
I always charge them again, but sometimes when they change their phone # at anotherr store then they tell the customer that i should do it for free since theyve already pay me once before, i always get but its already "flashed" and its pissing me off. or they get a partial programm elsewhere and now want a full flash i still charge them the full amount.
