Like the question states. Would anyone give me an example, or send me a copy of a program that, once given to another phone will cut off the users next phone call in a pre-determined time. Say I give this program to another cell phone. They then phone and stay on the line for 5 minutes but they are caught off at 3. JUST for that phone call, so it would a one time use. Is it possible? How would I do this.
