When your first language is not English, universities will need evidence for your proficiency in English. Moreover, universities have their expectations set for each test whether it is TOEFL, SAT, IGCSE etc. .ie the minimum score you need to achieve.
So for example, if my IGCSE English turned out not so well but my TOEFL was great, is it possible to send over only the TOEFL score as a proof and not the IGCSE, since it wouldn't make a good impression? Will the IGCSE mark affect my resume? This may seem silly, but will universities find out the score if it is never sent over (well, by myself at least)?
