production still?? HELP?

if i already filmed a short film and i need a production still, how do i manage that?
 
Import the film into video editing software, most edit software have a function to "Export Frame"
 
Your supposed to have a still photographer on the set to record images so you have the resolution to make decent enlargements.

If you shoot on 70mm or 35mm film this wouldnt be an issue, if you shoot on digi then use a programme like Avid Pro to lift a frame - the quality will be terrible due to the low res of digital video......
