I purchased a Mybat usb data transfer cable that said it was compatible with my Kyocera K312 phone. I installed the driver for the cable and then downloaded the drivers on the Kyocera website for the phone. I installed Mobile Studio and it said it can't recognize the phone and does not let me transfer or do anything but the thing is that I could dial a number from Mobile Phone Tools and make a call. Anything I'm doing wrong? Do I need anything else for it to work?
I checked in the device manager and the port where I intalled the phone driver says "Kyocera Control Port" and it has a little yellow ! next to it
