I have films and subtitles downloaded from websites. I put the film's file and the subtitle together in a folder for each film; I rename one of those two files to have the same name of the other. And that method still worked until last Saturday. Suddenly, on Saturday night, I opened a film and the subtitle is gone. And that's exactly the film I have tested in Saturday morning. I have checked the functions of captions and subtitles of WMP and it's always 'On if available'. What's the problem here?
