Problems with the a/c controls on a Chrysler Sebring 2004?

I have a chrysler sebring 2004 and yrs ago the controls for the AC didnt work properly. The 1st level of ventilation didnt work but 2-3-4 was ok. Now 2 and 3 doesnt work and if I want to have ventillation I gotta do it a full blast. Also I realised at night that the light on that control doesnt light up unless I hit it. I tried getting a used a/c control box and connect it but it gave me the same results. Do you guys have any Idea whats wrong?
 
The problem is probably with your blower resistor. It controls the fan speed. Less than $25 at the dealer. It is under the dash, near the fan.
 
i'm sorry i forgot what the part name is but if you look under the passenger dash you should see a small rectangular box with wires goin to it. its some kind of computer chip that controls the fan speeds.thats the best i can do i hope it helps
