problems with text messages

I have a new blackberry pearl 8100 from t-mobile and im having problems receiving text messages from cingular customers pleas help

If you're able to get messages from other carriers just fine, I suggest you call t-mob.

this problem happened to me last year..but it was a problem sending and receiving from cingular. around october time frame.
