We have a wireless internet service from qwest. The modem is Actiontec. The problem is this, we have two laptops. The wireless adapters in the computers are working perfectly because we have been able to connect on other services. With qwest, both our computers will connect to the internet, full strength, but it will only connect for a short period of time and then suddenly drop off. It will take from a few seconds to a couple minutes for it to connect again. We have called in for customer support numerous times and they have changed the channels on it. We have also moved the router away from phones, radiowaves, etc. Nothing seems to work. We used to have DSL and we would experience the same problems. With dsl we had a different modem. What's going on?
