Problems with Play.com

I ordered Lifeboat by Alfred Hitchcock and I waited for it. I checked the website and apparently there was a problem with my card so I entered the details again. A few days later I checked and the same problem occurred, so I entered them about 6 times in a row and it finally went through. I didn't have an email to notify me of this though

I get back from London today and find the parcel from them open and the DVD missing. Obviously someone fancied the look of it and kept it for themselves. If I ring them tomorrow morning what will they do, as it should be their responsibility that things are packed sufficiently well enough and the DVD cost me
 
I have to say that PLAY are by far the most reliable company in the land.
They are quick with deliveries and apart from new release boxsets it's hard to find cheaper prices.
If the package arrived empty simply tell them that,although I'm not sure if they open for calls on Sunday.
I have no doubt they will replace the lost disc.
 
I tried the line and they are open tomorrow and bank holiday Monday

I did try via the website but it asks you to wait 14 days to report it, so I will phone them first thing

They are cheap which is good
