every time i connect my phone to my computer and try to add additional music or other files to either my phones memory or the memory stick, the computer freezes and wont start working again unless i restart explorer.exe or i unplug my phone, and in either case, none of the files will be added.
this is the only problem it has. I realise this phone could just be getting old, but i didn't want to spend the money on a new one, if i could find a quick simple fix for the one i have

i have already downloaded the software to download files, and already have a lot of media files on the memory card by downloading them straight to the card before using the option. only recently has it started to freeze when i try to download files.
