My TV, when connected to cox DVR cable box, it creates a lot of static and feedback, and the picture has the horizontal lines that go up and down. Occasionally, the pictures "dances" and the picture is scrambled. The Cox technician said that nothing is wrong with the box because when connected to a different television, it works perfectly. When connected to the International receiver, there is no static/feedback or lines. The cox tech. said it might be from the adapters in the back of the television, but we bought new ones and replaced them and still no luck. Please help use fix this.
Also, no when we reconnected the television to the DVR, we get absolutely no picture, only static. We have it connected on the component screen, and yes, the DVR is on.
