Problems with my 1999 Ford Expedition?

Ok so my problem is when i run it for awhile and then turn it off and for a couple minutes and then try to start it again it doesn't always start. I will turn the key and everything works like the windows and the blower fans but the radio won't come on and the truck won't even turn over? Any help would be greatly apreciated
 
I would initially say the battery however by the sounds of it it could be the spark plugs or the starter
