problems with Kyle Racing

I recieved the same from Dan. He responds to email promptly and call too! I bought my TTX from him and he made the purchase very easy... I'll continue to do business with Dan, he's great!
 
One more positive for Dan. He has helped me many times both with advice and parts and I will continue to use him as many others will also. I can't make sense of the posters complaint but if there was a mistake made I am sure Dan will take care of it.

I have had only great dealings with Dan, so as for this negative me thinks is unwarranted.. if they went to the post office and stood in line for this guy at the last minute, then they should be thanked as is not their fault if the post delivered late... Dan usually uses UPS anyway?
 
I have real problem with Dan Kyle he sold me some Ohlins RT forks and a TTX rear shock which made my bike handle sooooo much better he also gave me great service and awsome prices and quick replies to answers about my suspension this Dan Kyle guy sucks.
 
I don't understand the post either but my first experience with Kyle racing was not a positive one. they shipped the wrong part and then the lady on the phone was down right rude and acted like I was a thief. I have since moved on. It sounds like Pepe spoke to the same lady I did.

I still do business with Dan. He has great knowledge and products, but you guys act like he is a saint or something. He and his staff are human, they don't always have to be on 100%.

I'm sure everybody has their experiences as a consumer potentially with anyone at times.

Dan is not a saint, and I don't think anyone was suggesting that. But his service is generally pretty good, and he doesn't mind helping and sharing his knowledge with people, and he does know his shit as well as have good prices. I have asked him questions elsewhere that he hasn't bothered answering, which I thought was either rude, or he is too busy -however like anyone in business he has to focus on what will earn him money.

I think there are probably a LOT more positive experiences for every negative experience that anyone has had with Dan.
