Ive searched the net, the gamer forums, even the Official forum's for C&C3.
i can install C&C3 Tiberium Wars (the base game) but when i try to install C&C3 Kane's Wrath (the expansion pack) the install bar seems to stop moving, and the pc starts clicking (kinda sound like a "whir whir whir!") as if its spinning the game disc back and forth really quick. i have waited to see if it stops but it just keeps going unless i stop the install.
Any one got any idea's on what is wrong, if anything, and how i can fix it if there is something wrong?

Hardware Specs:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit i believe..its the higher one)
