problems with Honda Crf-100?

its either a 2005 or 2006 model but my porblem is when i rev it up high in second gear if im going fast and then i come to a quick stop with the clutch pulled in the engine is still revving pretty high and then like 3-4 seconds later it'll come back down to idle speed,if anyone can tell me whats wrong please do thank you very much =]
 
There might be an air leak at the intake manifold.
Try tightening the bolts holding the intake manifold to the head and the nuts holding the carburetor to the manifold.
