Problems with gaming on my PC?

I have a problem with playing some games i download. I don't know how old my PC is(2nd hand). Games like Fallout 3 wont work and tells me straight away that it can't load it,but games like GTA and Tombraider Anniversary install and play in slow motion. Is there a way for me to play these games by downloading software for free to speed up my computer. My computer spec is(off my computer) Windows XP Pro, Service Pack 3,version 2002,INTEL CELERON 2.66ghz,750 mb RAM,Intel 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset family. I installed the update from intel but no luck.Even PDC darts wont show me graphics.
 
buy a new pc, that is no where near good enough to run the games mentioned.

you should read the ''system requirements'' on the back on the games before buying :)
 
Maybe you have an integrated graphics? Get a graphics card. There are okay ones under $100
