Problems with foxtel box office, help!?

This is the first time I have used Foxtel Boxoffice and I'm having trouble getting a movie.
Everytime I select it it says
'To order this programme or for assistance please call your service provider FOXTEL subscribers call...'
I really can't be bothered calling...
Has anybody else had this problem?
If so and you know what to do, please respond.

It means its a payed movie.. or u dont have the channel
